Critiques
-The coloring is awesome. You do a really good job of shading.
-The outfit's very cute and original... You drew the ruffles on the sleeves rather well, might I add.
-The anatomy needs a few minor adjustments, but all and all looks pleasing to the human eyeball. To be specific, I think the arms are a little too long and the collarbone's set just a tad high, but these are very minor things and I'm just being picky.
-I've noticed in the last few pictures you've submitted, they're all in the same pose and slightly tilted to the left. Try out different perspectives once and a while
-You did the Chobits style rather well too
THE END.
- I really like the coloring! You blend your shades around nicely and there's a defined light. Good job.
- It's very aesthetically pleasing, if not anatomically correct but I'll get to that in a little while.
- Nice detail at various places, could use a little work elsewhere. Try to add more detail on her shirt, clothing, hair etc...folds in the clothing are always nice, if not essential.
- This could be just a stylistic thing, but her eyes seem dreadfully stereotypically anime. It's not a problem, it's more of an opinionated comment, that.
-ANATOMY ANATOMY ANATOMY. I cannot stress this enough! Look where her arms would bend, and how large they are relative to the rest of her body. For example, typically, a person's wrists end at their hips. Learning anatomy will seriously improve your art skills ten-fold!
Other than that, I suggest you try drawing in different styles, realism, testing with different poses and figures. Just to throw a little variety in there, you might want to even try drawing landscape. (: Good job, overall!
